A little about privacy.

This is Kim & Rich’s travel-sticker guestbook. You don’t need an account to leave a post.

What gets shared

Approved messages, the name or nickname you supply, sticker year, location and photos appear publicly. A location means where you found a sticker—not where you live. Please choose public places and avoid sharing private addresses or information about other people without their permission.

Your email stays private

An email address is optional. It is shown only to Kim & Rich in the review dashboard and submission notification. It is never included in the public map, wall or public post data. We don’t send visitors marketing emails or approval-status emails.

Photos and location

Photos are optional, resized in your browser and re-encoded without their original embedded metadata. Make sure the picture itself doesn’t reveal anything you want to keep private. Device location is requested only when you press “Use my location”; you can adjust or remove the pin before submitting. You can instead type a place name without sharing a map pin.

How this site works

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores submissions. Submission notifications are sent privately to Kim & Rich. Map tiles and labels come from OpenFreeMap using OpenStreetMap data. OpenFreeMap receives normal web requests when the map loads. We use temporary hashed network identifiers to limit spam. Administrator sign-in uses a secure session cookie; visitors don’t need a sign-in cookie.

Review and removal

Posts stay private until reviewed. Kim & Rich can correct or remove them later. Original submission details are retained for review. To ask about a post or request removal, send a “Just saying hello” message identifying the post and leave a private contact email if you’d like a reply. Your removal request will be reviewed rather than published.
